Gordon W. Hall has over forty-two years of experience as a general practitioner of civil law in Texas. He has handled a variety of civil cases including commercial litigation, divorce, probate and estates, business formation, entity formation, real estate law, and contract law. For the last twenty years, his law practice has revolved around all things business. He considers himself a transactional attorney and leaves the litigation to the rest of the firm.
Gordon attended the University of Texas where he earned a BBA in Accounting. He worked for three years on the financial statements and assisted in the conversion of the inventory to a point-of-sale system for a restaurant supply company in downtown Houston while attending South Texas College of Law. After graduating, he opened his own law firm, Gordon Hall & Associates, trying commercial litigation cases and conducting general civil legal work. Later, he joined Green, Downey, Patterson, and Schultz, PLLC and his practice expanded to include contract drafting, mergers, business formation, partnership agreements, and other transactional legal projects. In 2003, he formed a partnership called Hall & Stephen, P.C. The new partnership allowed Gordon to concentrate on the success of the businesses he helped to form while his partner practiced real estate law. After a twenty-year run that chapter of his life has come to an end. Soon afterward, Gordon was invited to join Feldman & Feldman, P.C.
At Feldman & Feldman, Gordon works with corporate clients, assisting them with all their professional and transactional needs.
