Paige draws on a rare blend of litigation and transactional experience to advise clients on complex matters in employment, business, government, and education law. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including governmental entities and businesses as well as employees and students. Her ability to approach issues from both sides of the aisle allows her to craft effective and efficient solutions that align with her clients’ goals.
Before joining Feldman & Feldman, Paige served as Associate General Counsel for Fort Bend ISD, where she advised one of the largest school districts in Texas on complex legal and compliance issues. She also practiced at a boutique firm representing employees and students in workplace disputes and wrongful termination claims, and later at a mid-size firm representing educational institutions and governmental entities. In 2023, she co-authored an amicus brief on behalf of special education administrators and superintendents in Luna Perez v. Sturgis Public Schools, a case before the United States Supreme Court.
Paige earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was awarded the Gus A. Schill Jr. Ethics in Representation full-ride scholarship. During law school, she clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Frances Stacy, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico City. She also served as Chief Student Representative for the UHLC Honor Board and was a finalist in the National Criminal Procedure competition in San Diego.
Her academic background also includes a Master of Divinity from Duke University Divinity School and a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Samford University. Prior to practicing law, Paige was a United Methodist pastor and administrator at Duke University, experiences that continue to inform her thoughtful and compassionate approach to advocacy.
Licensed to practice in all Texas courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Paige is an active member of the State Bar of Texas School Law and Labor & Employment sections. She is fluent in Spanish and regularly represents Spanish-speaking clients. Outside of her legal practice, sports remain a big part of Paige’s life. She’s a former NCAA Division II fastpitch player who enjoys working out, playing golf and managing her fantasy football team.
