Governmental Entities

Municipalities, counties, school districts, and other local government entities (including MUDs, management districts, special districts or authorities, local government corporations, and reinvestment zones), and their related nonprofit entities, must comply with extensive and constantly evolving legal requirements.  Failure to comply may subject an entity to liability and/or litigation.  Feldman & Feldman has extensive experience in representing governmental entities on a day-to-day basis and in all types of legal disputes.

The Firm is also available to lend its experience and expertise to assist its local governmental clients in identifying and correcting legal deficiencies in their organization and operations that may not be apparent during day-to-day activities.
